DIY Foot Soak

Is there anything better than a foot soak? Probably...but it's so deliciously relaxing to sit and enjoy some time off your feet and to let the warm water and oils give your feet the love and *hugs* that they deserve.


This blend will invigorate and delight your feet as well as soften to skin, making it easier to rub off dead layers and leave them feeling baby smooth and smelling like a day spa.



How to apply:


  1. Add mixture to a bucket of warm water or foot spa

  2. Soak feet for at least 15-20 minutes or more if you like!

  3. It's a great idea to also give them a scrub with a loofah (or why not try our body scrub)

  4. Pat them dry when you're done


About these essential oils


Peppermint is great for foot odour, freshening and deodorising your feet. It's also beneficial for sore, tired burning or swollen feed, helping soothe and reduce inflammation.


Lavender helps relieve stress and tension and is famous for its calming effects.
