WORKSHOP SPACE HIRE Ideal for - Workshops Meetings Team building activities Parties There is a 15 minute buffer either side to ensure room is tidied and cleaned before next booking. $50 2 hrs Large workshop space including table and chairs up to 20ppl Sink, bench space, kettle, tea, coffee, fridge available for use Additional services available at additional cost Styling services Catering Host Favours We are so pleased that you have shown an interest in using our space for your business needs.  We believe in transparency and would like to note the following: Our Commitment to you: We will provide a clean and sanitised environment for you we will sanitise the surface after you have cleaned up We will provide access to cups, water, tea and coffee station for use during your workshop Your clients can utilise our seating area located at the front of the store MARKETING We will share any marketing that you create (printed and digital) on our social media sites if you tag us. If you are consistently using the space (committed to at least a 3 month booking period), we will create a services advert on our website and link to your page/email or booking system (please advise which is preferable) We can recommend our digital marketing associate to assist you if need be.  $30 per event advertised on our website (1 event can be duplicated up to 10 times if the artwork is the same and its just a date change) PAYMENTS We will not handle any payments related to your bookings or events. We are unable to handle any refunds, cancellations or complaints, these will be respectfully forwarded to you. If you would like to utilise our booking system for your service, we can provide you a quote and this will be handled by our dm associate.  Your Responsibilities SETUP/CLEANUP 1. We request that you leave the space as you found it. We have allowed 15 minutes before and after each booking to allow for setup and clean up. If you require more time please get in touch to see if we can We have allowed for 30 minutes before and after a booking for you to setup and cleanup. All your rubbish should be taken with you and disposed of using Kareela Village bins, located on level 3 MARKETING You are responsible for creating your own marketing materials and posts. PAYMENTS All payments will be handled by you, using your own payment systems. Payment of space hire is required upon booking via our website. CANCELLATION We request a 48 hour cancellation win
