Why Calm!

If your'e anything like me the last few years have been an absolute test of my sanity. Not only have we all been dealing with the dreaded 'C' word but then add in kids, partners, work, illness and not to mention readjusting to our normal daily routines anxiety and stress levels have been seriously tested.

I was in need of a more natural way of managing and balancing my emotions.

After years of using essential oils both Prue and myself developed a blend that we could use during the day to help ourselves and our families feel a little more at ease.

Our Calm blend was developed to reduce nervous tension and relieve symptoms of mild anxiety. The sweet and soothing aroma will help calm your mind, relax your body and increase vitality.


LAVENDER One of the main benefits of lavender is it can calm without sedating. More than simply generating a serene state of mind, lavender can reduce anxiety by affecting the body's fight-or-flight response.

YLANG YLANG is generally a mild sedative and is best to promote relaxation, calm the nervous system, and curb anxiety.

It naturally reduces the body's stress response by lowering blood pressure and heart rate.

LITSEA has the ability to create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere which helps boost the mood. It's citrus floral scent helps reduce fatigue & symptoms of stress and anxiety.

CEDARWOOD is a soothing scent which is reputed to reduce harmful stress and ease tension, which in turn promotes the body's rest and helps to clear the mind.


  • The most effective way to receive the benefits of our Essential Oil Blends would be through inhalation; for those needing a breath of fresh air add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser or Diffuser Necklace.

  • This essential oil blend is also incredibly beneficial when inhaled directly from the bottle.

Topical Application:

  • You can receive the same benefits of our essential oils blends through topical application. We recommend diluting this essential oil blend into your preferred carrier oil and applying to pulse points, spine and on your feet.

  • If you are wanting to regularly use our oil blends try diluting this essential oil blend into a carrier oil (we recommend Fractionated Coconut Oil), add this dilution to a glass roller bottle, and apply to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears and on the soles of the feet).
